National Collegiate Gymnastic Championships: Gold- PB, & HB; Silver-FX & AA, (1985); Gold-Team & HB; Silver-PH; Bronze-AA representing Arizona State University, (1986); USGF Championships: Gold-R & HB, (1985); Gold-R & HB [T], (1986); Gold-AA, R, PB & HB, (1988). U.S.A. National Championships: Gold-SR & HB, (1985); Gold-SR & HB, (1986); Gold-AA, SR, HB, & PB, (1988); World Championships: Team member, Varna, Bulgaria, (1987); Team member, Montreal, Canada, (1985). Olympic Games: Team member [A], Seoul, Korea, (1988). Dan earned a spot on the 1985 World Team and was also on the Junior Olympic Team for six years and represented the U.S. Team at numerous international meets. Altogether, he spent about 20 years as a gymnastic competitor. Together with his twin brother, Dan traveled to over 10 countries representing the U.S. After retiring from competition, Dan and his Brother, Dennis, opened Haydens International Gymnastics Academy.
